Return Policy (Refunds or Repairs)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or your product did not function properly, please follow the steps below to return your product for repair or for a refund:
  1. Send an email to orders@kptechnologies.com requesting an RMA number for either a refund or a repair.
  2. Package all items and hardware (wires, harnesses, switches, etc.) into an appropriate package for shipping.
  3. If sending product for repair, include your return address in the package before sealing package.
  4. Write your RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping.
  5. Return the package to:

Full refunds minus shipping and handling charges will be issued via original payment method within 48 hours of receiving the returned product in full.
